Born and raised in Savannah, GA. James has spent most of his life on the rivers and islands surrounding Savannah. His background on the water includes extensive work on tug boats, bulk freight cargo ships, his own liveaboard sailboat, and countless motor boats of various sizes. With a range of US Coast Guard certifications you can trust that you are in good hands with him.
